Fiza's beauty lounge

Todays self care rotine by everyone and beauty trends have lately been taking over social media by storm. And many of the people has turned into entrepreneurs by launching their own beauty products , hair oils and sometimes their own clothing brands as well.  Many people, especially pakistanis keep their selves updated with latest fashion trends and we girls all tend to get a little carried away with the latest makeup products and self care routines especially the university going girls will all ways have some makeup products in their bag so they can use any time. If I talk about myself I will be always having a tint with me. Its not necessary that you need to take all the products but just the important ones. Ladies fail to understand what products they have to use and what to carry with them.

Basic makeup products every women should have in their bags.

The tint is a very basic and important one to make not only your lips but your cheeks rosy at the same time so there's no need for lipstick or a blush seprately. Then comes the BB cream coverage which suits for all skin types and using this instead of a foundation or a concelear is the perfect choice and then you put on your Mascara and got your glam.

Self care

Lets first talk about how and why self care is important?  Self care is not just giving your skin good products or treatments for me  it is self love , your mental health , physical appearance and accepting the way you are. There are many examples around us where people with curly hair hate themselves and loves the silky hair and many people are not satisfied with their colour tone and many other things which continuously try to trigger and makes oneself consious about it.
Coming up next I'll talk about several self care routines that I used to follow which went so good with excellent results. One of them was for long, thick, shiny hair  with zero hairfall.
So, I made some oil at home which was from one of the indians receipe.
  • One cup olive oil
  • one cup coconut oil
  • one choped onion
  • few blocks of garlic
  • one teaspoon black cumin [kalonji]
  • 2 vitamin E capsule
  • some pinch of fenugreek leaves [sookhi methi]
  • Curry pata
  • cloves [ long]
      Recepie

Mix them well and cook all this in a pan togeather untill the onion becomes golden for few minutes and cover the lid for half an hour.

Then we have to bring out the oil and stain it and let it cool down and use this till a month to prevent dandruff and for thick long hair.

Anothr self care I mostly do is iceing my face or dipping my face in to iced chill water bowl which help in good ciculation of blood and for shiny glassy texture which gives your skin instant glow

who needs highlighter when an ice cube can give you the same glow for free and instant

Method to apply
wrap an ice cube in a thin cloth which will protect the skin on your face and your hands, and begin to lightly massage your face. “Rub the ice around your face in a circular motion around your cheeks, chin, forehead, jaw, nose and everywhere. And remeber to moisturize your skin after icing so it does not dry out.

Social media self care
The very Important aspect of our lives according to me is the social media care and social media is not a reality . Social media has become a significant part of our daily lives, as we check apps like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok on a daily basis. While there are many positive aspects of social media, there are drawbacks to these platforms as well. Social media can affect our mental health; when we compare ourselves to others and see how much happier other people appear to be, it can make us feel depressed or anxious, among other feelings.

Tips

Follow accounts that bring you positivity:
It’s great to be connected with content that makes you laugh, so fill your feed with accounts that inspire you.
Take a break!:
Turn off notifications from your social media accounts, that way you’re not constantly being pestered to open the app. Try to spend a full day away from your phone or half of the day.
Check yourself:
Ask yourself questions while you’re scrolling to increase your awareness of how you interact with social media. Ask yourself, “Does this make me happy?”, “Am I comparing myself, my body or my life to others?”, and “Is this negatively impacting my mental health?” By keeping tabs on your thoughts and feelings while going through social media, you can actively make changes when your mental health is negatively impacted.
